The California Medicine Scholars Program (CMSP), through the Inland Empire Regional Hub for Healthcare Opportunity (IE RHHO), is recruiting 50 community college students for the 2027 application cycle.
This free program is designed to support community college students who aspire to become physicians. CMSP is part of a statewide network dedicated to expanding California's future physician workforce and addressing physician shortages in communities across the state. By supporting students from diverse backgrounds through their premedical journey, CMSP helps strengthen the pipeline of future healthcare professionals serving California communities.
Students enrolled in CMSP will benefit from:
- Premedical workshops
- Advising sessions
- Transfer support
- Networking opportunities
- Access to a statewide premedical community
